terms of service
the plain-english rules for using token·flow. by creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
last updated: 2 july 2026
the service
token·flow analyzes the llm usage logs you upload — openai and anthropic usage CSVs — and shows where your token spend goes, with recommendations for reducing it. it is provided by ogbuilds, a uk-based studio.
your account
you need an account to use the service. keep your sign-in credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. you must be at least 13 and able to form a binding contract.
your data
the usage logs you upload remain yours. you grant us the limited license needed to store and process them solely to provide the service to you — see the privacy policy for exactly what is stored. only upload data you have the right to share; don't upload logs containing other people's personal data or your employer's confidential material without permission.
plans & billing
token·flow has a free tier with a monthly cap on analyses, and paid subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) with unlimited analyses. current prices are shown on the upgrade page at purchase time. payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal in settings — cancellation stops future renewals and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
acceptable use
don’t abuse the service: no attempts to breach or probe its security, no scraping or reselling it, no flooding it with automated uploads, and no using it for anything unlawful. we rate-limit and cap uploads to keep the service healthy and may suspend accounts that abuse it.
estimates, not accounting
cost figures, savings estimates, and recommendations are computed from the logs you upload and the pricing information available to us. they are estimates to guide optimization — not invoices, billing statements, or financial advice. always verify against your provider’s own billing before making decisions that depend on exact numbers.
intellectual property
the service, its design, and its code are ours (or our licensors’). these terms don’t transfer any of that to you — they give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service while these terms are in effect.
disclaimer & liability
the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under uk law.
termination
you can stop using the service and delete your token·flow data at any time from settings → delete account. we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we’ll give reasonable notice if we ever wind the service down.
changes
we may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, note it on this page. continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales, and disputes belong to the courts of england and wales.
